Rita Henry is a lawyer for the people. She is the founder of Henry Law Offices, PLLC, a dedicated, results oriented, compassionate law practice. Rita grew up in Beulaville, a rural town in Duplin County, North Carolina. As a child she saw many of the injustices that people faced as well as the lack of access to the legal system. This environment fueled Rita’s desire to help people and bring about change. Rita attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her B.A. in Sociology, with a Minor in Social and Economic Justice. She then received her Juris Doctorate degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
After beginning the law firm Rita continued to follow her passion of helping others. This includes providing many pro bono legal services and mentoring and tutoring young adults and other legal professionals.
Rita provides a broad range of legal services. Her practice areas include: family law, personal injury, traffic, and many types of civil litigation, including small claims cases to complex trials. She is hard-working, dedicated, and always aggressively advocating for her client’s best interest.
Christine was born in Virginia and grew up in Cary, NC. Christine graduated with honors from North Carolina State University where she and received her B.A. in Political Science, with Minors in History and International Studies. She then received her Juris Doctorate from UNC School of Law.
Christine is hard-working and dedicated to her clients. She knows that every client's case is important and she strives to give each client the personal attention they deserve. Christine's practice areas include: estates, personal injury, and traffic.
